The behavioral management theory recognizes employees as individuals with real human needs. From my personal experience, I had foul first-level management in our department. The most important, I matte that, they are using employees as a mould in the factory, like in honest-to-goodness days practices. Proper remuneration for fast and high-quality work 4. adapted division of work and responsibility between worker and manager Successful management requires an understanding of the perfect concepts of effective management techniques and principles. In order to urinate such insight, and manage effectively and efficiently, managers must develop an awareness of past management principles, models and theories. From the turn of the twentieth Century, the need for a formal management theory was growing evident; organizations required a system to guide managers in an attempt to improve productivity and efficiency of workers.\r\nThis urgency for a theory precept the development of six major management approaches, the focus of this essay will be on both of the classical management theories; the scientific management theory and the human relations movement. The contributions of bot h these theories will be examined, followed by an analysis of the similarities and differences that these two theories propose. The last point will see a discussion of the relevance that these two theories have in modern managerial practice.\r\n'
